If you need to change your purchase, please contact us at info@trailchasers.com to let us know what to expect. All exchanges and returns must be mailed back to us within 10 business days of your initial receipt of the product.
For exchanges, in most cases, you will be responsible to pay for returning your item(s) to us and if same costs we will free ship the exchange to you.
For returns, you will be responsible to pay for returning your item(s) to us. Once we received the product back we will refund the products costs less shipping and handling costs.
All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation that shipped with the product. Missing items may result in a 25% restocking fee.
